Male pattern baldness seems like it's not a big deal, but if anyone has ever started losing their hair at age 18, ask them and they'll tell you the same story I am. In a time when I was supposed to be youthful, pursuing my dreams and living my life to the fullest, I was instead depressed and terrified about what was happening to me... I had tried everything there is to try, and nothing was working. I was losing hope, fast. People around me started to notice that I was not acting like my usual self anymore. I was not as talkative as I used to be. I was not doing the things that I loved to do, all because of my hair. You can call me vain, but I do not think I am ... When someone has something wrong with them that is preventing them from living life to the fullest ability, something should be done to fix it... What I am writing on this page about this whole experience and dramatic turn of events does very little justice to my actual emotions... In note of that, I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Phillips and his associates. The Boston office was so laid-back and so comfortable to be at. They made me feel right at home. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I have an everlasting thanks for Dr. Phillips, Bosley Medical, and everyone who helped me get my life back... Everything is going great; the transplants are starting to grow in -- they are looking awesome! I feel a million times better. I have regained all my confidence. I hardly ever worry about my hair anymore. I feel so much better about myself... I want whoever reads this to know what was done saved my life and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
