I have been a business owner for years, and I currently work in "high-end" customer sales and service in my own business. I am sure I am prone to high expectations myself, but want to say that the Bosley Medical team met and exceeded my expectations for an overall very positive experience. Great concern was shown to make sure I was not feeling any discomfort at any point during the procedure. I was given precise instructions for the following time frame. Care was given to keep me well hydrated with juices, and I never went hungry during the long day and, most of all, I had a lot of fun talking with the very pleasant and interesting staff. They are top-notch people and very professional. The day went by quickly because of them. I also really liked your (Dr. Carlson's) "bedside" manner, and found you to possess the finest patient-friendly demeanor of any physician I have come in contact with. I look forward to my hair coming in and to scheduling a second procedure down the road.
