I started losing my hair when I was 17 and still in high school. I have spent the last nine years pretending that going bald really wasn't that bad and that it didn't bother me. So after reviewing your [Bosley Medical] package and watching your late night commercials for the past several years, I finally made the call, packed my car and headed for [Bosley Medical] Boston... .Everything went great and I headed home. After a couple of days of talking with the bank, I got the money together... The reason I am writing this letter is to let you know how happy and impressed I was with the way I was treated by everyone at the Boston office. Dr. Phillips is a great guy and I hope he knows what a great bunch of nurses he has working for him. They have great personalities and treated me like I was important... In about a year, when I pay off this loan, I will defiantly be heading back down to start the next bunch of grafts... I hope to see all of you again very soon.
