The Bosley Medical staff was extremely polite and reassuring; everyone involved answered every one of my questions in a way which made me feel more comfortable and allowed me to ask follow-up questions as well. I was also impressed with the fact that the Bosley Medical Senior Counselor and the doctor who performed the operation were very "up-front" with me. They did not come across as those who only told you what you wanted to hear. No false promises. They were honest in letting me know that I would need at least two operations to achieve a denser head of hair... Additionally, I was impressed with the telephone call I received from... Dr. Phillips at the motel I was staying at on the evening following my hair transplant... Without any reservations, I would recommend the procedure to family members and friends... I had assumed that after the procedure, I would tend to be on the discreet side, not wanting to mention it for fear of embarrassment, remarks of vanity of my part, etc. However, within days after my operation, I was so pumped up that I couldn't help but tell everybody about my procedure.
