I had a hair transplant procedure done in your [Bosley Medical] Chicago regional surgical office. I just wanted to thank you for this wonderful opportunity and to give recognition to the employees... First, I wanted to let you know (if you already did not know) what a fantastic Senior Counselor you have in Tom Snyder. His honesty and friendly approach made it so easy to decide to have the procedure done. Even after the procedure, he was there to talk to for future advice and for friendly conversation from someone who has gone through a similar experience... Secondly, I thought I would give praise to one of the nurses... She made the whole experience fun and painless... Her personality should be a model for future employees. It really made the whole experience that much better. Finally, I would like to make note that everyone was terrific, including Doctor Frost and O'Hare...
