I just completed my second procedure with your [Bosley Medical] New York office and wanted to inform you of how well I was treated. My consultation went fantastic and my initial impression of Dr. Grossenbacher was fine. More than a little nervous the morning of the procedure, I first met with two nurses in the office... (they) helped calm my nerves and made me feel extremely comfortable. Their care and comfort was more than I expected and extremely appreciated. It continued throughout the morning and early afternoon and made my entire experience a positive one. Dr. Grossenbacher was similarly comforting.
